Architect of Neon are Australian owned and run, you can find us locally from our warehouse located at 76-78 Bundall Road, Bundall in Queensland.
All of our Neons are made of LED flex with an acrylic back. This is because it makes our signs more cost-effective, ecofriendly, and a safer option for your event. These neons are fantastic as the is no fragile glass that can break, no neon gas, and no mercury.
Our Neon signs are durable and lightweight to ensure your dazzling display can shine bright all night long.
The world is truly your oyster with this! There are so many ways you can create an eye catching sparkling display to wow all those that see it.
The neon signs come with pre-drilled holes for your ease so you can wall mount using heavy duty hooks, nails, or even fish wire and rope! We recommend to secure those knots tightly.

The maximum size our neons can be is 2.4M x 1.2M
Architects of Neon can do any font and mix-match fonts in our custom neons. Everything and anything that you like, we can do. Our motto is, if it can be traced, we can turn it into a neon. We recommending checking out Canva to try out different font styles and see which one you like the most! Or if designing yourself isn't your style, feel free to leave the font up to our design team who can send through an idea for you to consider.
Our signs plug straight into a wall socket with a clear 2m long chord, they are not battery operated, allowing for a straightforwarded set-up and keeps the neon lit for longer!
Absolutely! The remote/dimmer is included with your Architects of Neon purchase. The remote can be used to turn your Neon sign ON/OFF and can be used to adjust the brightness. This feature is especially helpful when getting the right exposure to add a sparkle to your photos.
Our neon signs have an acrylic backing that can come different colours including clear, black, and white. We can cut the backing into different shapes including: the outline the neon, square/rectangle and circle. Your neon sign must come with a backing to keep your neon in place.
We offer a range of different colours for your custom neons! These include:
Ice Blue, Cold White, White, Warm White, Purple, Soda Pink, Rose Pink, Green, Red Fire, Lemon, Sky Blue, Turquoise, Orange, and Dark Blue.
We can do multiple colours on your design, just send through your ideas and we are happy to discuss options!
Architect of Neon signs come with a free remote/dimmer, clear power cord and adaptor, pre-drilled holes for hanging/wall mounting and a 2 year Warranty.
Architect of Neon custom neon sign price depends on a number of factors including size, indoor/outdoor, thickness of neon and/or acrylic etc. We recommend you fill out our custom neon form and our team will be happy to provide a quote and the next few steps.
Our custom neon sign process is easy, simply fill out our online form, one of our designers will come back with a template, if you are happy with the design then we will advise the quote and next few steps to light up your world!
Returns & Warranty
All of our custom neon signs come with a 2 year manufacturers warranty. This is as long as the neon signs have been used appropriately and given the correct care.
Architects of Neon offer full returns and refunds given they adhere to the following conditions:
Product is faulty
Wrong product has been received
We have been notified within 7 days since customer receives the item and the return has occurred within 28 days
If you have experienced any faults please contact us.
Architects of Neon will cover the shipping costs if product is faulty.
Please note, we do not offer returns based on change of mind if product is a Custom Neon Sign.
Architects of Neon hire signs are for indoor use only. If you are after an outdoor custom design, we can create a neon with an IP65 enclosure rating - meaning the sign is water-resistant for most general purposes
Shipping
Architects of Neon offer a flat shipping rate of $45 for all of Australian Metro regions if ordering a custom Neon sign.
If you're hiring the sign, the price of delivery and set-up/pick-up is dependent on the location. Simply put in your postcode at checkout and the price will automatically be calculated for you.
Generally it will take 4-6 weeks for your to receive your Neon Sign all across Australia for our custom and our pre-designed neon signs.
Architect of Neon ship Australia wide with a 4-6 week turn around from placing your order!
Hire
You can pick-up from our storage location in Bundall, QLD 4217. Alternatively you can arrange for the hire sign to be dropped off to your venue location with delivery, set up and removal available for a fixed fee of $80 (Gold Coast) or $150 (Brisbane). If you are outside of Gold Coast or Brisbane, please let us know and we will see what we can do to help!
You can hire our signs directly through our website. Select the Neon you would like to hire, enter the dates and you will be redirected to fill out your details and payment. It's a quick and easy process however if you run into any issues, please feel free to contact us.
Our signs are available for hire on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Byron Bay and Tweed. If you're outside of these locations, but are based on Australia's East Coast, please contact us below and we'll see what we can do.
